Customer Service Representative — Baltimore
The primary role of this administrative position is to schedule appointments with clients who contact us to have their home (or soon-to-be home) tested for various potential risks that may include impurities in their drinking water, mold, radon, septic tank inspections, camera sewer inspections, and well yield tests. You’ll be responsible for providing STELLAR customer service while scheduling appointments and answering the often never-ending list of questions. You should be able to establish an encouraging rapport quickly because of your positive attitude and ability to connect with the client. You can also speak knowledgeably about our service lines and the real estate industry (which don’t worry, we will teach the right candidate).You should love talking on the phone, know the geography of our service area (Maryland and Southern PA), and be able to piece together a constantly evolving puzzle. Attention to detail is a must. Having fun at work is important to us too so please be witty, kind and do what you say you are going to. With your commitment, we will teach you how to schedule appointments using a specific step by step process. Weekend rotational shifts required. Looking for someone that can effectively and efficiently juggle multiple tasks at one time and not lose their cool. Hope change doesn’t scare you because we are fast-paced and adapt to changing priorities constantly. Customer service, sales and/or real estate experience preferred.
