REPORTS TO: Sales Support Manager
POSITION SUMMARY: As the Customer Service Administrator, you will responsible for providing administrative support to the Customer Service Department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, greeting guests, answering phones, as well as processing company inquiries and sample requests.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer incoming telephone calls
  • Receive, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail, as well as FedEx/UPS shipments
  • Manage the email purchase order database by assigning and distributing order(s) to Customer Service Representatives
  • Respond to customer inquiries, such as PO status' and invoice requests timely, as well as the release of EDI and follow-up
  • Key customer blanket/standing orders
  • Supply the Certificate of Compliance to listed customers
  • Key all sample requests for Ambu's salesforce, with valid approvalfrom Manager
  • Assist with preparation of new hire packages
  • Additional ad hoc duties, as assigned
  • Occasional overtime may be required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Employee is required to occasionally stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:
  • Associates Degree, preferred or a minimum of three (3) years related experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently of direct supervision
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
